  • Pokoj byl na cenu noclehu dobře vybavený.

  • Měli by jste zlepšit předávání klíčů klientům. Není možné, abych dostal jako klient svazek klíčů, kde je pouze označený klíč s číslem pokoje. A další klíče nebyly popsané. Přitom to bylo asi 7 klíčů. A tak jsem musel vyzkoušet vždy alespoň 5 klíčů, abych se dostal do vstupních dveří do budovy, na chodbu , kde jsou pokoje, do vstupní brány oplocení ,parkování atd. Pokud to není označené tak by to měla vysvětlit číšnice v restauraci při předání klíčů a navíc jsem nejdříve dostal od jiného pokoje klíče než jsem měl určený. je to můj postřeh na zlepšení služeb.
